My name is Jeremy, a dad of 2 amazing superstar kids. I'm a dream chaser and optimist of life since I know we only get 1. More importantly I have a belief that people are supposed to help people and we really can succeed in our own perspectives of a good life. It could be friendship, it could be relationships, it could be a career and it could be business. It is essentially all the same, choosing and finding the right people to be on your team. I have been headhunting for the last decade and its most interesting where I have found more clarity in what I want to do and who I want to fight alongside compared to others who seem way more gifted in intellect or in life paths but suffer more distress about their career paths. Its this interesting paradox that keeps me motivated to help serve more people and help them find at least work they can appreciate because that is in our adult life, one of the key things we spent the most time on, unless we got born lucky
Why I do it
Because I have hit many roadblocks early, I have now time to pass it on to others who might face similar
Hirers will always struggle finding the right people because of their negative perceptions and experiences. What if all of that would change once they are given insight on their negative perceptions and shine a light on their optimistic visions
